Apple Music isn’t working

I’ve been on a family plan for Apple Music for 3 years now but suddenly it’s saying that my Apple ID is only available for use in the US store and I’m not able to listen to any songs. I got my phone in the states but now I’m in a Caribbean country for university


What should I do to get back access to use my music?
