My id is disabled.

My id is disabled. Even I made a new one still it’s disabled in app store and itunes. I know the password and didn’t purchase anything from this id neither any security issues. Still, facing this issue.

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
