Transfer from Apple Cash to cashapp gone wrong

Can anyone please tell me how to get my funds on cashapp once I sent it through Apple Pay? I’m having a problem with this because the funds I sent from Apple Pay are being sent to Sutton bank and I don’t have any way to get access to those funds because all I have is a cashapp acc. not a Sutton bank acc. So therefore it won’t let me get my money I sent over, is there anyway to get my money transferred from Sutton bank to my cashapp ? Anyone help please and thanks!
