How do I copy music from SD card to iphone 12 Pro Max?

Hi folks!

I have over 3,000 CD's that I have "burned" to an SD card. How do I get the music from that SD card onto my iPhone 12 Pro Max? This used to be a simple task when iTunes was still available, however the new "Music" app appears to be for music purchased through that service only?
