My iPhone 6s has the apple logo on and that’s it nothing else. How can I get into my phone to retrieve all my pictures , contacts etc.. I had it hooked up to my computer but no luck ?
My IPhone 6s has the apple logo locked on the screen. I have tried just about everything to retrieve all my pictures, contacts and messages but no luck !! I had it hooked up to my computer also but it will not recognize that it’s plugged in as the apple logo is the only thing on the phone screen ??
