I am using iPhone 6. Apps like phonePe, Google pat etc aren’t being installed and popping to install 13 and above version. Can anybody guide me to get the version please

What you are saying is UPI pay cannot be done on iPhone 6.

See the pic below which clearly states you need iPhone 7 for UPI.

Sorry but 12.5.4 is as far as you can go with iPhone 6.

You need a newer phone.

You can't, your phone is too old to install the operating system version needed to run Google Pay.
