I purchased on Tinder this morning but they billed me for 2 different things maybe I pressed the wrong thing I want a refund for the €21.99 I’m keeping the €32.99 I was told to contact apple to refund it

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
