I submitted a complaint regarding my purchase of paw patrol season 1 where I can not view episodes 1, 11, or anything after episode 17 and have received no response. I am requesting to either be refunded for my purchase as there was nothing noted to imply I would not receive the full season 1 or access to the missing episodes without further prompt to pay for them individually.
