Record the audio from Skype or Facetime

Hey All:

Like many many other people I have a podcast. I have a host coming on remotely however I am not sure how to capture/record his voice in GB the same time as me.

I am open for any and all recommendations as I am new to this remote podcast recording..

The best and easiest way to this is to use Audio Hijack, though it's not all that cheap at $71.
