how to download songs to xtrainerz for a Mac. I have bought these new headphones but don't know how to download songs to it

They will not sync the way an Apple device does. Rather, you have to follow the instructions for the Xtrainerz. See steps here:

They are compatible with common music formats such as MP3 and AAC. Purchased tracks from the iTunes Store should work fine. (Although their web page does not mention it, you can be pretty sure that protected music files, such as Apple Music subscription tracks, will not work.
