My iPhone 11 with dual sim only has one sim tray
I just got a pre used iphone 11 physical dual sim but the sim tray has only one front side slot

I have the China one and I don’t have an esim option it says front sim and back sim but I only have single sim slot

Only models sold in China, Hong Kong and Macau will have dual sim slots. All other regions will have one eSIM and one Nano sim slot.
