What's the exact model/year of your Mac?

Start whit this:

If your Mac doesn't turn on - Apple Support

If you have in Intel-based Mac, also try these:

How to reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support

Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
