Bad service after returning from a flight

I recently traveled from northeast US to Puerto Rico and ever since I returned back to my home state, my cell phone service has been terrible. Webpages taking forever to load (if they even end up loading), apps not loading etc. aside from contacting my carrier, anyone have any tips?

Try going to Settings>Cellular>Cellular Data Options and check the settings. Turn Data Roaming off. Check to make sure that Low Data Mode isn't enabled. Make sure that Voice & Data is set to LTE.

You might also want to reset your network settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. The only thing you'll lose is saved WiFi passwords.
