Apple ID
I had been having a lot of difficulty accessing my Apple ID for any purpose. After spending hours on the phone with a great, but unfortunately, not very helpful Apple service personnel, I still could not use it. So I created a new one. BIG mistake, didn’t know it then. Now I am unable to access all of my iCloud storage and my paid subscriptions. There are a few I need to manage n I’m paying for storage I can’t use!
Is there any way to return to my previous ID and just change the password? Or am I stuck with my current new one. Any help/suggestions appreciated.
