can you create a link to share a voice note

Right-click on your specific voice recording in the Voice Memo application. From that secondary menu, choose Share > and the method of sharing. Your voice memo will then become an attachment to that sharing choice. There is no means of sharing a link to the original voice memo on your Mac.
