I recently received this even tho I haven’t accessed any of such sites, is this real?
If your phone is not jailbroken, it can not have a virus.

It, and all such messages are scams presented by criminals. Do not interact with the message or the sender. Do not download anything based on a popup message. Close the offending page and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics.
