I wanted to buy a iphone from Apple USA website for my friend living in Detroit USA with my French credit card (BNP Paribas). Will apple USA website accept foreign Credit/debit cards without any charges for currency change?

No, the U.S. Apple Online store does not accept foreign credit or debit cars at all.
