Is there an easy Moving pictures to iCloud from MacBook 10.6.8. I have a desktop mac also
iMac 27″, macOS 10.15
When photo library and its preferences are set up in Mac see the articles Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support
Change preferences in Photos on Mac - Apple Support
System Photo Library overview for Photos on Mac - Apple Support
If photos are literally on desktop drag and drop to the photo library folder .
If duplicate photos are on the desktop it will show an option .
Check mark apply to all duplicates , click on don't import .
