What if I don’t remember the user ID and password used when I set up the watch?

I forgot the user ID and password used when I paired the watch originally to an older phone. I do not have the original phone that was used to pair the Apple Watch from the beginning. What can I do if I am trying to pair my Apple Watch with my new phone and I do not have the original user ID and password?

You can ask apple to remove the activation lock online on this page;

Online Activation Lock Removal.

Or this;

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.
