IT is controlled by the carrier’s network nodes. It isn’t anything that your phone can do that will control the network. But 23 seconds is not 23 rings. Rings are 5 seconds apart, so 23 seconds is only 5 rings. Most carriers default to 5 or 6 rings, and they won’t go higher than 10 rings because an unanswered call ties up network resources.
If you double-press the side button when the phone rings the call will go to voicemail immediately.
That option would be controlled by your cellular provider. Contact them to determine if changes are possible.
Thank you for your message. Unfortunately sprint/tmobile were not able to change it from 23 second preset which is basically 23 rings. I find it very odd that this isn't an option on voicemail settings, alas!
