Hey I lost my phone a couple of months ago I don’t have find my iPhone opened on it was wondering if there was another way to find it or just to be able to access it as I only want my photos that I had on it that weren’t backed up

Find My has to be turned on, the phone must be on and connected to the internet to be able to send a location signal. You might check to see if the photos were synched to your iCloud account or if they were included in a recent back-up. Another lesson on the importance of back-ups!
