Starbucks shortcut not working on apple watch

You've isolated the issue well, if you have a similar third-party app installed on your Apple Watch we'd recommend recreating and testing the shortcut with that app. Testing if the app itself opens, you get the Siri error, or when manually ran the pay screen shows. Also, as you mentioned when manually ran it only shows the pay screen you can test temporarily changing or removing the default payment method to see if the full app opens as intended. Change your default transaction details
