Why is there no download library function on apple music.

We've been waiting 10 years and we still don't have a download entire library button on apple music, are we waiting for the iPhone 3000 or something? what's up with this 🍎????

Apple Music i’m using the Apple Music 3 months free trial and I can’t download the music. It’s on my library but I can’t download it, so I have to use data to listen to it, while the others that I had already downloaded can be listened without WiFi or data.
