Angry Iphone 12

I have recently upgraded to an Iphone 12

I am sick to death of it blasting my ear when I am on the phone, it randomly switches to speaker blasting my ear as it does NOT HAPPY

It also randomly scrolls back. I could be looking at anything on it, it clicks and then scrolls back automatically

Not good enough for an expensive phone my 6 plus was better than this
