How do I get a refund from Headway app??!!!

I got charged for a whole year after cancelling my subscription the same day I signed up for it. The excuse where the’ll say you didn’t cancel it within 24 hours is NOT gonna work. They don’t reply to their support emails nor Instagram Dm’s. I saw a lot of people commenting they got scammed as well. So as an apple customer, this app’s founders should be held accountable for stealing people’s money. I downloaded it to give it a try but wish I didn’t. On top of that I’m unemployed so they took the money I needed for myself.
