Use an Apple Gift Card:
Add money to your account using a gift card. Money will be removed form your Apple Account first. Once there is nothing remaining, it will then be deducted from your credit card. Purchase a gift card at your local retailer. Important: Be certain to get one for Apple, and not one for iTunes, as iTunes Gift Cards only work with iTunes.
