Download music

Hi guys I just wanted to let you know I have a problems with the download music and I can’t believe that just for 15 seconds reproduce the music and then just for offline. I have to get problem since 2 months.

Apple Music I have downloaded music for offline on my iPhone and while I went out and try to play those music, each songs only play for 15 seconds. But when I am online it plays till end.I tried re-downloading but it’s still the same.Any solutions ?

Update to iOS 14.7.1, it fixes.
