Installation And Apple Music.

My iPhone 11 is currently giving me problems installing iOS 14.7 it already downloaded but doesn't want to install. And my apple music also is giving me problems it's been playing songs only for 15 seconds whenever am offline. What should I do?

cant update itunes 12.7 on mac cant get my music off mac laptop onto new iphone 8. says needs itunes 12.7 but that update not found. i did update my mac os, got advice to uninstall security update 2017-003 but cannot find that in my updates/app store. I looked for a "more" option as suggested but cannot find that option. What am I doing wrong? This is quite frustrating, I just want MY music to be on MY phone!!! thanks!

Update to iOS 14.7.1, it fixes.
