I have downloaded the new update but it’s not installing please help me in installation

Assuming you've tried to update your unidentified iPhone wirelessly (via WiFi), see this support article:--> If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch won’t update

If the issue persists, try updating your devica via computer runnin iTunes (PC) or Finder (Mac).
