1 AirPod not working!

Hi my names Chase I bought my AirPods a year or two ago and recently my right AirPod has stoped working and every-time I put it in the case to charge it the case just starts blinking green and the AirPod doesn’t work. I have tried resetting it and cleaning it and everything but nothing works. I was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem or knows what I should do.

PS I live over seas and don’t have access to an apple store near by.
