How do I change the App-specific password that apple sent me?

Apple sent me an app-specific password to enter into my MS Office 365 Outlook mail account settings, it is a hyphen separated series of 4 groups of 4 lower case characters.

Where (what app, page) /how do I change the password to something else more memorable?

The Accounts/ Security page window in Outlook Mail doesn't offer me that option.
