Apple Watch won’t stop restarting

My Apple Watch is stuck on the apple logo but can still turn off normally. So whenever I hit one of the buttons it turns back on stuck on the apple logo. I tried hard restarting it but that does absolutely nothing, like it restarts but it doesn’t stop restarting. I’ve unpaired my watch but I got an unpairing error and I also now can’t reconnect it. Before I tried unpairing the watch I tried resetting it in general settings but it said it couldn’t connect to my Apple Watch even when Bluetooth connection was fine. What do I do now?
