iTunes fail transfert of Navigon Europe 1.6 to 3GS IOS 4.01 !

Last week, I purchased (from iTunes) the Navigon Europe GPS App and when finished the download, I tried to have iTunes sync it to my 32 GB iPhone : does not work.
iTunes fail and report and unknown error 0X8008001.
Everything is up to date (iTunes dans iPhone with OS 4.01)
This is pathetic as none of Apple or Navigon have at least responded to my emails.
Bad service!
Can someone help ?

Error code 0xE8008001 usually means you're trying to install apps that don't belong to you or unapproved apps or software. You need to make sure the apps you're trying to install are in fact legit. You can also try re-booting your phone & see if that fixes the problem, but I suspect it's one of the apps you're trying to install.

Thank you for the response.
Unfortunaly it did not change anything, I rebooted the iPhone and still got the same error on iTunes. The iPhone is standard (no jailbreak, nothing) and I purchased the app from Itunes...
I am going to download the app one more time... God 1.83 GB...
Any other suggestion would be appreciated.

i have same prob, i updated my ipod 3g by "iPod3,1 4.0_8A293Restore.ipsw"
now i cant sync any app even free apps?!
i have error number on my itunes when sync seems over (0xe8008001)
how i fix that?

Hi everyone,I was able to solve the issue I had with Navigon GPS Apps and iTunes.
Basically, I re-dowloaded the app from iTunes (You have to purchase it again and it tels you "you already purchased it", then it proposes you to download it again, that's what I did).
After the download, i was able to sync the app with the iphone and the App works fine on the iPhone 3GS OS 4.01.
So I would says the file was maybe corrupted at first download (even is new file is exact same size as previous one...) Weird.
So my problem is fixed.
