Apple purchases

I keep getting notifications about an amount of money (varies) that has tried to charge but declined. I have no idea what the charge is for. It’s not a subscription, I’ve checked. Is there a way to find out who and where this charges are raised?

Why am I being charged 99 cents 5 times a night I keep getting notification’s about apple receiving payment. I look and I’ve been charged 99cents 5 times over the evening, twice the night before and a few times last week. I keep trying to report the purchases but their records apparently don’t show any recent purchases of mine. I only pay $1 for storage and that’s every month on the 10th. Where Tf is this coming from? Unknown charges Im getting charged for something I did not purchase. Apple always sends me a receipt when I do via email and I got nothing. I have a monthly subscription but what I was charged for was something else. What can I do?
