I have downloaded the software update OS 14.7.1 however I cannot install it. I have sufficient storage, good connectivity and battery power over 50%. Error message to try again continually comes up.

This issue is on an iPad Air 2. From the information I can source this download should be able to be installed. Suggestions?
Thanks for that info though I had sourced this before and ensured space, connectivity etc was ok. Now to try and delete the update and try again.
After any other options to try, deleted software update download then downloaded again , after checking storage space, connectivity etc and tried to instal. No luck still receiving msg unable to instal try again.
