If you've forgotten your passcode and you are unable to unlock your iPad or you see a message saying your device is disabled, you will need to connect your iPad to a computer or Macbook running iTunes following the steps at If you’ve forgotten the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled – Apple Support
