My wife cannot see the family subscription

Hello,


I purchased a Music family subscription.

I added my wife to my family.

My wide open the Music app and cannot see the subscription. When searching for music, the app shows a message to subscribe.


Currently, I have a family subscription for myself only.


Any advice or suggestion is appreciated.

Thanks for the link. The details below were already performed.

I already create a family group and add my wife.

In the family group she appears to have the Music subscription.

Her phone (account) shows she is on the family group.

Unfortunately, as mentioned previously, her phone Music app doesn’t allow to listen music and show the subscription publicity.
