minecraft mod wont install on my ipad

I bought a minecraft mod (in-app) and it wont install on an ipad mini. it asks for a place to save the file (as if it was a pc). any ideas on how to fix this?

Getting Minecraft iPad World to PC Minecraft keeps freezing so I need to reinstall but I don't want to lose my Worlds - I want to move the worlds to my PC where they will be safe until I reinstall the Minecraft app - I've tried iExplorer and iFunbox but didn't have any luck going through iTunes - Apple support wants me to go through their "Files App" but I can't find that on my Pad .... can anyone help me on a path to success?
