my phone is disabled

my phone is disabled but the screen says to connect to itunes. what do I do next

iPhone 6s, iOS 14

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPhone requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.
