I am trying to figure out how to make pdf's I get from work look correct in Safari and Preview. They look fine in Chrome and Adobe.
For example:
Safari's version looks like this...
While Chrome's version looks like this...

I'm guessing you installed an Adobe or MS font that duplicates an Apple Font/
Open Font Book, Select All Fonts & Validate them.
Then I fear you have to Reinstall the OS.
Reapply the Mojave OS...

Thanks. I don’t remember installing any fonts.
I have already validated all of the fonts and everything passed.
