Hey my question that I just got a MacBook Air from my friend and he doesn’t know the password and stuff anymore I tried to restart it but than it took me to a file of a question mark on it and it’s flashing when i turn it on I need help
So I need help to get it up as all new again like if I just bought it I need help and I tried to restart it but it asks me to search up apple.com support but I don’t know what to do I just want it to work for work I can’t also connect to the internet when I do the command r thing it doesn’t work I need help
