I accidentally erased my other iPhone from FindMy's Erase Data button, now the e-sim in iPhone is gone even after logging in again using the same iCloud account.
Can I recover the e-sim?

If the data plan (eSIM) has been erased then you will not be able to recover it from iCloud. If you have the process that you used to setup the eSIM then you can redo that process. If you do not how or do not have the procedure then you can contact your carrier and get the eSIM activated again.
