Where Are They?:

Are these on the screen? Are they on the back? So, where are these located. It is tough to determine form the photo provided.

An Indented Screen?:

You may have indented your screen somehow (i.e. if kept in a bag), in which case it would to time for a new screen.

Fingerprints, Perhaps?

It might be a reflection of residue (i.e. oil from your fingers). So, get a microfiber cloth, and wipe the surface with that.
