Slow Boot

hi, any help would be appreciated..

i have a 2010 mac book pro, and i have dropped a cup of water on it, after a full board cleaning now it turns on but it take more than 40 minutes to boot and when it boot up it work super slow...

i have tried changing hard drive to SSD, changing HardDrive Connector but nothing works..
