I to remove some songs from a playlist and the song were deleted from my itune. I still want the songs how do I recover them

I was removing some songs from a playlist that I made in iTunes however the songs were deleted from my iTunes account instead of removed from my playlist. I was using my iPhone at the time. How do I find and recover them?

You need to redownload them or add them to the Playlist.
