Phone disabled

My stepdaughters phone got disabled last night. Her passcode won’t work. And neither will face Recognition. We’ve turned it off, charged it and plugged it into her dad computer thinking it would open through itunes.

any ideas how to get it unlocked?

Disable My daughter phone is disabled. Tried hooking it to iTunes and it’s still not working

You will have to connect the phone to a computer running iTunes and erase it following the directions in this link --> If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support
