You can set up a Family Sharing group. Then subscriptions like Apple TV+ can be shared through the group, each on their own account.

Family Sharing - Apple

What is Family Sharing? - Apple Support

Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support

I do not want to set up an additional account.

The Apple TV app allows for multiple accounts and user switching for precisely this purpose. Then each user has their own access to their own content.
