According to your signature you own iPhone 5C, which cannot be updated past iOS 10.3.4. iPhone 5C was released in 2013, close to 9 years ago now. That phone is no longer supported, too old, too underpowered and completely not capable of updating further.

It truly is time for a newer, more modern iPhone at this point.
