Update iphone
my HSBC app isn’t working and I think it’s because of my new software update. Is there a new update I can get on my phone to fix this problem?
iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 14
Remove and re-download and re-install the HSBC app, and try again.
If that fails, contact HSBC app support, as they’re most likely either familiar with this issue or will soon be familiar with it, and can either fix it in the HSBC app, or work with Apple to fix it in iOS.
