I installed windows 10 using bootcamp on a 300 gb partition. I have installed windows 10 before this.
after a restart macOS is slower then normal then things start to speed up is this normal?

Maybe you left too little space on the MacOS disk. A Windows install using BootCamp is separate and independent of your MacOS. They do not run simultaneously and have no impact on each other, other than you removed some space that was previously used by your MacOS and reformatted that space for Windows.
Did you boot into Windows 10 first? When I boot into a another volume and go back to my original boot volume it usually takes longer the first time. It soon gets back to normal, however.
So, yes, that probably is normal.
first I went from windows 10 to macOS after that I just restarted the computer it was slow booting up both times
wait I just restarted the computer again and it was fine so probably normal
